It has been very hot recently. Pei Pei and Hao Hao made strawberry yogurt ice popsicle to cool down!
Only 2 ingredients are needed:
1. Yogurt
2. Strawberries
Only 3 steps:
Step 1: Wash and cut strawberries into small cubes
Step 2: Put the yogurt and strawberries into the popsicle mold
Step 3: Put the popsicle mold into the freezer overnight
The steps are so simple that Pei Pei and Hao Hao can prepare the popsicle on their own. My task was to clean up the "misfired" yogurt on the table.
This activity allows young children develop eye and hand coordination, as they need to pour the yogurt carefully through the small openings of the mold. In addition, they learn about science, as they observe that the yogurt that they poured in was in liquid, but after placing it in the freezer, it becomes solid.
